Bon Voyage Media processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children being collected without parental permission. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us at info@voyagecreatives.nl, and we will delete this information.

Bon Voyage Media uses the following programs or systems: Jortt, Moneybird, Frame.io, and Dropbox. These may trigger automated email communications related to processes, administration, or communication, which could result in unwanted messages.

Data retention period
Bon Voyage Media does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data is collected. We maintain unconditional retention periods to ensure that we can contact you at any time if information becomes available that concerns you or your interests, unless you explicitly request that your data should not be retained.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Bon Voyage Media only provides personal data to third parties if necessary to execute our agreement with you, your colleagues, or other involved parties, or to comply with a legal obligation.

To verify that the request is made by you, please include a copy of your ID with the request. Make sure to black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for privacy protection. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
